Kielder is releasing 1.3 cumecs, this will increase to  9.3 cumecs  at 13:30 on Sunday, 31^st July.  This would be for three days but the release proposed for week commencing 4^th August would start at 07:00 on 4^th August so, rather than ramp down and ramp up 18 hours later, the release will continue at 9.3 cumecs until 07:00 on Sunday, 7^th August.
